Roberson Cattle Company is the cattle operation on our farm. Raised right here on our farm, our premium beef is pasture-raised and grain finished for exceptional flavor, tenderness, and quality. We carefully select cattle at their prime processing age—never more than 30 months old—so you receive beef from a single, locally raised animal.

After harvest, your beef is locally processed and dry aged for 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. It is then vacuum sealed for easy storage and convenient preparation, helping you enjoy high-quality farm-raised beef at home.
